Penile Lengthening with the Milking Penis Process

Next, make a ring at the base of the penis with your index finger and thumb. Make sure that this ring fits the penis firmly – but not too tightly – then slide your fingers towards down the penile shaft to the glans or head of the penis. Repeat this “milking” motion for around thirty minutes, and remember to always start from the base of the penis and end up at the head. To reduce friction, make sure that your fingers are well lubricated with baby oil or lotion. Also, the exercise should be done while sitting or standing; lying down will only make gravity work against you.

If you feel yourself becoming fully aroused or about to ejaculate, stop the exercise for a couple of minutes until your arousal subsides. Then you can resume the activity. Your grip on your penis should be firm and you should feel some pressure, but it should not hurt. If you start to feel pain, you should ease your grip a bit or discontinue the exercise altogether. Practitioners say that doing this milking penis exercise for several months should show a noticeable increase both in the length and girth of the penis. Some even claim that an increase of several inches can be achieved in one year.

Despite a study conducted by Dr. Brian Richards in Great Britain in the 1970s, which showed that jelqing helped subjects achieve a penile length increase of up to 1.4 inches and penile girth of up to one inch, most of the medical establishment is still wary of this practice. This is because significant injury can result from it, including skin irritation, burst blood vessels, scar formation, even impairment of the penile function.

Jelqing or milking penis exercises may work for some men while others may see no discernible effect. If you do decide to try it, make sure that you know the risks involved and the possible complications to avoid injuring or possibly maiming your penis for life.
